A rush order can still go smoothly. But 'rush' doesn't mean 'skip steps.' It means move faster through the right steps.
Office Depot Business has the machines and the people to turn around business cards quickly. I can't control whether your logo file was exported at 72 DPI. But I can tell you this: the clients who check their files first are the ones who sleep better the night before the show.
